Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Littleton, CO seeks a Technical Trainer to design and deliver programs training all levels of personnel, and to develop tests and visual aids for effective learning.

You will stay current with learning theory, motivation, and new training methods, and develop in-house programs to identify developmental needs, potentially overseeing contractors to expand training capabilities and ensure quality.

Qualifications

  • NASA IPC-J-STD-001 soldering certification or equivalent recognized certification.
  • NASA IPC-A-620 cable and harness certification or equivalent recognized certification.
  • Microsoft Office skills for documentation and reporting.

  • Develops in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments.
  • May evaluate and/or oversee contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer training programs.
Basic Qualifications

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
