Job summary

Lockheed Martin designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment for defense systems in Texas. This role plans labor, schedules, and equipment for testing standard and special devices and provides a test area with defined parameters for sample testing.

You will compile data, define changes to testing equipment and procedures, and be responsible for testing all customer samples and any special tests that cannot be performed in the test area. A Secret security clearance is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Engineering Physics with electrical emphasis, or equivalent experience/combined education from an accredited college or university
  • Familiar with digital, analog, and programmable electronic components and devices, their functions, and their interactions in basic circuits
  • Understand schematics, utilize electronics test equipment, perform test procedures, analyze technical data, develop troubleshooting plans, and document actions and results
  • Apply written and verbal communications, teaming, and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm for build, test, troubleshoot, and innovate cycle
  • Capacity to prioritize, and multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $52400.00 - $97400.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
