Job summary

Donaldson Company is looking for a Territory Manager in DFW/East Texas to drive sales growth and market penetration. This role requires strong technical sales expertise to provide tailored solutions to customers and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, and large end-users.

Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, supporting distribution channels, and analyzing complex customer requirements. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of technical sales experience.

Qualifications

• Strong sales aptitude with excellent communication and organization skills.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude, and ability to learn new technologies.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
