Donaldson seeks a Territory Manager, Service Sales to drive revenue growth in Industrial Filtration Services. Remote-friendly role focused on Eastern Wisconsin, near Milwaukee, with emphasis on services, parts, and maintenance agreements.

You will develop territory strategies, build an opportunities pipeline, and collaborate with dealers and contractors while using CRM tools to forecast and plan. A strong background in industrial sales and technical aptitude is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and execute a territory business strategy to achieve sales and profit goals through strategic prospecting, business development, and territory growth initiatives.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new customer opportunities within target industries and market segments.
• Promote and sell Donaldson services directly to existing and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline through consistent prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
• Develop account penetration strategies to increase service, parts, and maintenance sales within existing customers.
• Provide post-sale support to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
• Build and expand customer relationships while identifying opportunities to increase service and parts sales.
• Develop and strengthen dealer, contractor, and internal sales partnerships to maximize territory growth and service coverage.
• Effectively utilize CRM systems and approved sales tools to manage opportunities, forecasting, pipeline activity, and territory planning.
• Develop technical expertise in industrial dust collection systems to help diagnose and solve customer challenges.
