Job summary

Trace3 is hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team and build pipelines for critical technical roles. You will source passive and active candidates across AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Data Intelligence and manage full cycle recruiting when necessary.

You will employ diverse channels, screen candidates, and nurture relationships with potential hires to ensure a strong talent pool for current and future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years full cycle sourcing and recruiting experience required, preferably in a technical environment.
• Proven experience recruiting or sourcing for AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Data Intelligence roles.
• Proficient search capabilities including Boolean strings, networking, cold-calling, and using internet sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute talent sourcing strategies to identify Technical talent for current and anticipated needs across Trace3.
• Monitor pipelines and engage candidates to build relationships and assess fit for Trace3.
• Screen candidates for interest, skills, and salary requirements.
• Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions when needed.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine search strategy and adjust tactics as required.
• Support Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.
