Job summary

Trace3, based in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to guide strategic staffing and full-cycle recruitment for high-tech roles. You will attract top IT talent, align hiring with business goals, and partner with leadership and the People & Organizational Health team to design forward-looking talent strategies.

You will own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, while building a diverse pipeline and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience across all

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Seven years of high-volume in-house recruitment experience in the high-tech industry.
• Experience recruiting for Modern Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, Security, Cloud, and AI roles; VAR space desirable.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
• Track record of filling many positions in a high-growth environment.
• Knowledge of hiring practices, behavioral interviews, compensation, ATS processes, and recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to understand business needs and value proposition for candidates.
• Develop innovative sourcing approaches for targeted markets.
• Forecast workforce needs and serve as a workforce planning consultant.
• Provide feedback to improve interview efficiency and candidate experience.
• Stay ahead of market trends in IT talent and retention strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience for all Trace3 applicants (FTE, W2PE, C2C, 1099).
• Generate a diverse, ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate data across recruiting systems and enable reliable leadership reporting.
• Support People and Talent Acquisition initiatives and M&A recruiting integration.
