Job summary

Trace3 in Dallas is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to build pipelines for critical technical hiring needs.

This role sources passive and active candidates for current and future opportunities, using social media, boards, and networks, and may manage full cycle recruiting at times.

Ideal candidates have at least 4 years of sourcing experience, a bachelor's degree preferred, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years full cycle sourcing and recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting GTM Technical Sales roles.
• Proficient Boolean search skills and data-driven sourcing.
• Strong candidate care and relationship-building.
• Excellent time management in high-volume hiring.

Responsibilities

• Execute talent sourcing strategies to identify GTM Technical Sales talent.
• Monitor pipelines and engage candidates to build relationships.
• Utilize social media, job boards, and networks for sourcing.
• Screen candidates for interest, skills, and salary requirements.
• Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define search strategies.
• Support Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.
