Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer in Dallas, TX to build pipelines of talent for critical technical roles. You’ll source passive and active candidates for current and future opportunities, using diverse resources to identify talent in local markets.

This role may manage full cycle recruiting at times. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to craft search strategies, monitor pipelines, and engage candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years full cycle sourcing and recruiting experience required.
• Proven experience recruiting or sourcing for GTM Technical Sales roles.
• Proficient with Boolean search and internet sourcing tools.
• Able to produce results for high-volume, high-complexity hiring.
• Strong candidate care and experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute talent sourcing strategies designed to identify GTM Technical Sales talent for Trace3.
• Monitor talent pipelines to assess depth of candidate pool and actions needed to maintain talent levels.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing resources such as social media, job boards, blogs, name-generation research, and local groups.
• Phone screen candidates for interest, skills, and salary; manage full cycle recruiting when assigned.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine search strategy and adjust tactics as needed.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.
