Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sourcing, technical recruiting, or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience engaging passive candidates for difficult technology roles.
• Experience supporting searches across software development, cybersecurity, cloud, ERP, data & analytics, product management, enterprise applications, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for critical technology hiring needs.
• Build proactive pipelines of passive and active candidates.
• Conduct talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and market research.
• Identify emerging talent pools and recommend sourcing approaches.
• Use advanced search methods to uncover hard-to-reach candidates.
• Evaluate technical resumes and engage in initial qualification conversations.
• Present qualified pipelines and insights to stakeholders.
