Job summary

SpaceX in Redmond, WA is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own a full desk, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for mission-critical roles. You will partner with client groups, actively source passive candidates, and drive the offer process with background checks and negotiations.

Candidates will be evaluated with a strong emphasis on finding top 5% talent. This onsite role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years of recruiting experience, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years; or 3+ years experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree.
• High-volume tech recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with in-house recruiting and full lifecycle recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client groups to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Screen and source candidates for requisitions; interview and present top candidates.
• Coordinate candidate tours, onsite visits, and the offer process including background checks.
• Attend interviews with hiring teams and provide candidate evaluation input.
