Axon is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-life cycle recruitment in our Seattle office on a hybrid schedule. You will partner with hiring teams, manage high-volume requisitions, and drive DEI initiatives to build diverse, world‑class teams.

You'll leverage Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse to source top talent, deliver data-driven insights, and provide an exceptional candidate experience while aligning with our mission to Protect Life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and building talent pipelines.
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions, exempt and non-exempt.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong DEI advocacy and inclusive recruiting mindset.
