Job summary

Axon is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition professional to lead full life cycle recruitment for our Seattle-based teams. You will guide candidates and hiring partners through the process, develop programmatic talent pipelines, and drive DEI-focused sourcing strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Seattle with a hybrid schedule (onsite Tue-Fri, remote Mon), you will manage multiple searches, build strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver timely feedback while upholding Axon's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; equivalent years of demonstrated experience will also be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a full-cycle Recruiter; agency or corporate experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to source, recruit and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions across exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage for our hiring teams.
• Support hiring partners with recruiting strategies and develop a programmatic talent pipeline.
• Maintain data and reporting to provide insights that influence recruitment strategy.
• Utilize Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse and other sourcing techniques to identify candidates.
• Measure outputs, iterate and drive continuous improvement in sourcing and posting.
• Create a positive candidate experience with timely feedback and follow-up.
• Develop rapport with hiring leaders and peers to translate business needs into talent profiles.
• Drive DEI search strategies and build diverse teams reflecting various backgrounds.
