Axon is seeking a Sales Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact sales roles. Based in Seattle with a hybrid schedule, you’ll partner with sales leaders, build scalable pipelines, and influence hiring decisions to fuel growth and mission.

You’ll source with urgency using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Greenhouse, deliver a fast, respectful candidate experience, and champion inclusive hiring across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate settings.
• Experience recruiting sales or revenue-generating roles in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sourcing chops and a track record of building high-quality pipelines.
• Comfort managing high-volume, high-visibility requisitions.
• Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and push back when needed.
• A data-informed mindset-you know what to measure and why it matters.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle recruiting process—from proactive sourcing through close—for sales roles across the business.
• Partner closely with sales leaders to define what excellence actually looks like, not just what's written on a req.
• Build intentional, future-ready talent pipelines across go-to-market roles.
• Use data and market insight to guide decisions, challenge assumptions, and improve hiring outcomes.
• Source aggressively and creatively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse, and other tools.
• Continuously test, measure, and improve recruiting strategies, tools, and workflows.
• Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Axon's brand—direct, respectful, fast, and human.
• Build trust with hiring leaders by being decisive, candid, and solutions-oriented.
• Drive inclusive hiring by sourcing diverse talent and embedding equity throughout the process.
• Juggle multiple high-priority searches without dropping the ball or lowering standards.
