Axon is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition professional in Boston, MA with a hybrid schedule (onsite Tue–Fri, remote Mon). You will lead full life cycle recruitment across the business and partner with hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing, recruiting and building strong candidate pipelines
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions (exempt and non-exempt)
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
• Genuine passion for DEI and inclusivity

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer across the business
• Support hiring partners with recruiting strategies and pipeline development
• Review data and reporting to identify trends and influence decisions
• Utilize Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse for sourcing
• Measure outputs and iterate with new sourcing ideas
• Create a positive candidate experience with timely feedback
• Build rapport with hiring leaders and peers to translate business needs into talent profiles
• Drive DEI search strategies and diverse pipeline generation
• Prioritize and manage multiple searches concurrently
