Responsibilities

Manage full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements
Recruit for roles across Databricks, Azure, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud
Build pipelines of highly skilled technical professionals
Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, and job boards
Screen candidates and assess technical experience against requirements
Translate complex tech needs into sourcing strategies
Develop talent maps and market insights for specialized skills
Maintain clear candidate communication throughout process
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience
Collaborate to continuously improve recruiting strategies and quality
