Job summary

Infinitive is hiring a Technical Recruiter to find data and AI talent for client engagements, managing multiple searches including Data Engineers, Data Architects, and AI Engineers with Databricks experience.

You will run full-cycle recruiting, hold intake meetings with hiring managers, source candidates through multiple channels, and keep the ATS current while building a bench of data and AI candidates for future roles in the US.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience for data roles.
• Experience sourcing Data Engineers, Data Architects, and AI Engineers.
• Ability to discuss Spark, lakehouse concepts, cloud data platforms, and ML basics.
• Experience managing multiple searches concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational habits and clean ATS records.
• Comfort with ambiguity and asking clarifying questions.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for multiple open searches, each with its own candidate persona.
• Hold intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify must-have skills, seniority, and compensation.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Databricks channels, job boards, referrals.
• Screen candidates for technical fit: Databricks, cloud platforms, Python/SQL, data modeling, and AI/ML tooling.
• Re-rank searches as priorities change and inform managers of implications.
• Manage candidate experience from first contact through offer, including scheduling and feedback.
• Keep ATS current so stakeholders can see search status.
• Build and maintain a bench of data and AI candidates for future roles.
