Bizmetric is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to identify and attract top technical talent across Databricks, Azure, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and cloud technologies in the Texas market.

You will partner with hiring managers to translate technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies, build talent maps, and manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offers. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for Databricks, Azure, Microsoft, or related data/cloud tech.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills.
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand requirements.
• Recruit across Databricks, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, BI, and Software Engineering.
• Build targeted pipelines of highly skilled technical professionals.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, networks, job boards, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and assess technical experience against requirements.
• Translate complex technical requirements into sourcing strategies.
• Develop talent maps and market insights for specialized tech skills.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience; maintain ATS data.
• Track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, interview activity, and hiring outcomes.

The ideal candidate is more than a recruiter—they are a talent advisor who can understand technical requirements, speak confidently with candidates, and develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-find technology skills.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand business and technical requirements.
• Recruit for positions across Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, BI, and Software Engineering.
• Build targeted pipelines of highly skilled technical professionals.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, professional networks, job boards, and other innovative sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates and assess technical experience against position requirements.
• Translate complex technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Develop talent maps and market insights for specialized technology skill sets.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience.Partner with hiring managers to continuously improve recruiting strategies and candidate quality.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate information within the ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, interview activity, and hiring outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably supporting data, cloud, AI, software, or enterprise technology organizations.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for Databricks, Azure, Microsoft, or related data/cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology and the ability to distinguish between required and preferred technical skills.
• Proven success sourcing difficult-to-find technical talent.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills.
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and recruiting pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong partnership and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Experience working with an ATS and recruiting metrics.

Preferred Experience

• Experience recruiting Databricks Engineers, Azure Data Engineers, Data Architects, Cloud Architects, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, AI Engineers, and Microsoft Fabric professionals.
• Experience recruiting for consulting, technology services, systems integration, or enterprise IT organizations.
• Experience with high-volume or specialized technical recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of current cloud, data, and AI talent markets.

Compensation

Salary: $80,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
