Job summary

Celebal Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist / Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for Data & AI roles across the United States. You will source, screen, and place professionals in contract and contract-to-hire arrangements, with a strong emphasis on the Databricks ecosystem and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in US IT recruitment, technical talent acquisition, or IT staffing.
• Experience hiring for Data Engineering, Data & AI, Analytics, and AI/ML positions.
• Good understanding of the Databricks ecosystem and related technologies.
• Familiarity with Databricks components: Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, DLT, Medallion Architecture, and Databricks SQL.
• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Data Integration tools: Azure Data Factory, dbt, and related tools.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
• Knowledge of US work authorization categories (Citizens, Green Card, visas).
• Familiarity with contract, 1099, and contract-to-hire hiring models.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Data & AI roles across the US.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, andBoolean search techniques.
• Recruit for Data Engineers, Data Architects, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, Databricks Developers, and AI Solution Architects.
• Review requirements, evaluate profiles, and assess technical fit before submission.
• Develop effective Boolean search strings for relevant Databricks expertise.
• Conduct initial screening calls covering technical experience, communication, location, and compensation.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect feedback.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming roles.
• Negotiate rates within approved budgets for contract positions.
• Maintain candidate records, trackers, and timely follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout recruitment lifecycle.
