Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting technical and technology talent globally.
• Understanding of modern technology environments and software development.
• Consultative recruiting approach influencing leaders.
• Complex sourcing & research capabilities including Boolean search.
• Ability to analyze market data and talent intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring across Aristocrat's tech portfolio.
• Serve as subject matter expert for technology-focused talent sourcing.
• Partner with leaders to define role outcomes and market realities before a search.
• Use recruiting tech to create scalable, repeatable workflows and pipelines.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication.
