Job summary

Infinitive is hiring a Technical Recruiter to identify and hire data and AI talent for client work. You will run multiple searches for Data Engineers, Data Architects, and AI Engineers with hands-on Databricks experience, sourcing consultants with strong consulting backgrounds in program management, change management, AI adoption, and training.

Priorities shift with client demand; you will adapt quickly, keep searches moving, and keep hiring managers informed about progress and timelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience across data roles.
• Experience sourcing Data Engineers, Data Architects, and AI Engineers.
• Credible first conversations about Spark, lakehouse, cloud data platforms, and ML.
• Ability to manage multiple searches without stalls.
• Strong written and verbal communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational habits and clean ATS records.
• Comfort with ambiguity; ask questions until clear.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for multiple searches with candidate personas.
• Hold intake meetings with hiring managers to define must-have skills and compensation.
• Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Screen candidates on technical fit: Databricks, cloud platforms, Python/SQL, data modeling.
• Re-rank searches as priorities change and inform managers of status.
• Manage candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Keep ATS up-to-date and transparent for all searches.
• Build a bench of data and AI candidates for future roles.
