Smarty is seeking a full-time Technical Support Representative in Orem, Utah. You’ll partner with customers to troubleshoot issues, clarify complex processes, and ensure satisfaction with straightforward, friendly support.

Ideal candidates have IT-related education or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m. in-office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• The ability to learn new technical concepts quickly.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful, efficient technical support to our customers.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a variety of product and configuration questions.
• Learn and apply knowledge of our API-based products.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing, conversation, and the occasional presentation.
• Collaborate with your teammates to share insights and continuously improve how we work.
