Job summary

Smarty is seeking a full-time Technical Support Representative in Orem, Utah. You’ll partner with customers to troubleshoot issues, clarify complex processes, and ensure satisfaction with straightforward, friendly support.

Ideal candidates have IT-related education or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m. in-office.

We’re looking for a full-time Technical Support Representative who’s equal parts curious, capable, and kind. You’ll partner with our customers (many of whom are technical pros themselves) to troubleshoot issues, clarify complex processes, and make sure they walk away thinking, “Wow, that was easy.”

What you’ll do:

Your schedule would be Monday through Friday, 8 hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. (either 7–3 or 9–5).
