Job summary

Smarty, LLC is seeking to fill multiple Business Development Representative (BDR) roles for our Utah-based sales team in Orem. The onsite, non-remote positions focus on generating new leads, building relationships, and guiding prospects through the initial stages of the sales process.

You will become a subject matter expert on Smarty offerings and tailored solutions, maintaining CRM records, coordinating demos and appointments, and helping teammates succeed while you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or other conversational customer service.
• Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools
• Track record of articulating a product or service and building rapport with prospects
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation

Responsibilities

• Have fun and engage with customers and teammates.
• Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media to start conversations.
• Lead engaging dialogues using a consultative sale process.
• Guide customers through the sales process as the face of the organization.
