ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide first-line technical support for hydraulic and braking system products.

You will serve as a primary resource for customers, distributors, OEMs, and internal teams by answering questions and guiding product selection. Working with Applications Engineering, you will gather requirements, document interactions, and coordinate escalation of complex issues, while performing basic evaluations and maintaining

• 1–5 years in technical support, applications engineering, or related experience, or 4+ years in a technical/mechanical role.
• Basic understanding of hydraulic or mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and strong organizational skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Job Description

ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide first-line technical support for hydraulic and braking system products. In this role, you will serve as a primary technical resource for customers, distributors, OEMs, and internal sales teams by answering product questions, supporting product selection, troubleshooting issues, and managing technical inquiries through resolution.

Working closely with Applications Engineering, you will gather application requirements, provide recommendations for standard applications, document customer interactions, and coordinate escalation of complex issues when needed.

The expected base compensation for this role is $65,700 - $82,100 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
