Job summary

ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota Inc. in North Mankato is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional product development projects in a manufacturing environment, delivering on quality, cost, and timing targets.

You will plan, execute, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and customer teams, support risk management and production readiness, and drive continuous improvement to ensure a successful transition into series production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; PMP preferred.
• 3-5 years experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, risks and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering and product development processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and SAP.
• Understanding of quality systems ISO 9001 and continuous improvement methods.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and influence diverse teams.
• Experience supporting product launches and change management activities.

About the Team

ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota Inc. designs and manufactures hydraulic and electrohydraulic components, controls, and brake systems for off-highway machines.

The Project Manager leads cross-functional product development projects within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that meet quality, cost, and timing targets while coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, product management, and customer teams. The position also supports risk management and structured project execution processes.

The expected base compensation for this role is $97,800 - $122,300 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
