Akkodis is seeking an IT Technical Support professional for a contract opportunity onsite in Cambridge, MA. The role involves troubleshooting Dell and HP devices, managing ServiceNow tickets, and performing IMAC activities to ensure smooth IT operations.

The ideal candidate has Windows desktop support experience, familiarity with ITSM/ServiceNow, and strong customer-service skills. CompTIA A+ is a plus. This is an onsite role with competitive hourly pay.

Rate Range: $28/hour to $30/hour (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
