Apple Retail is seeking a Technical Specialist in Indianapolis to help customers get the most from their Apple products. You will deliver exceptional service, troubleshoot issues, and educate customers on repairs and services.

You’ll work with team leaders to identify recurring issues and provide feedback to Apple, while supporting sales floor activities and maintaining an inclusive environment aligned with Apple’s values.
