Job summary

Körber Pharma Packaging AG in Pittsburgh is seeking a Support Analyst to identify, prioritize, and resolve technical issues related to customer systems, including WMS, database and interfaces. This exempt, full-time role may require on-call support for 24/7 coverage.

You will analyze, troubleshoot, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions, drive service levels, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and Java with Oracle/SQL Server experience.
• Experience resolving business-critical customer issues and developing effective solutions.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and data privacy practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot business systems, software, and processes to identify root causes of issues.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions.
• Define and support issue resolution efforts, including scoping, estimating, scheduling, and implementation.
• Gather, analyze, and fulfill requirements from internal teams and external customers.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and technical teams to investigate and resolve system issues.
• Perform system maintenance and improvements, including upgrades, installations, configurations, and desktop-level fixes.
• Test, monitor, and validate software performance and fixes to ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Track support trends, maintain documentation, follow escalation procedures, and provide on-call/off-hours support as needed.
