Job summary

Körber Pharma Packaging AG is seeking an administrative/operational professional to support Customer Service, Parts, Field Service, and Project Management. The role includes ERP data entry, expense processing, invoicing, and training new staff on time entry and expense reporting.

You will also assist Shipping/Receiving, process goods receipts and shipments, handle customs, and support Aftermarket with ticket triage and case follow-up in a global, open culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Five years of applicable business experience preferred.
• Sales CRM experience preferred.
• SAP ERP experience preferred.
• Modern work environment with openness to improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Customer Service/Parts, Field Service and Project Management (ERP entries, PO creation, sales and work orders).
• Review and approve expenses and upload service reports to ERP.
• Prepare service invoices and close sales/work orders with manager approval.
• Train new employees on ERP time entry and Concur expense reporting.
• Assist management with financial reports.
• Support Shipping/Receiving: scan packing lists, process goods receipts and shipments, handle customs clearance.
• Support Sales Force & Aftermarket: triage tickets, assist with case management and follow-up, ensure proper closure.
