What You Will Do

• Resolve customer issues related to Confluent deployments
• Contribute to process development to help us grow efficiently
• Provide real-time product feedback to our engineering team
• Enhance product documentation and knowledge bases
• Create and review product demos and internal tools
• Collaborate closely with the Apache Kafka team

What You Will Bring

• Interest in streaming data and becoming a domain expert
• Strong SQL skills
• Proficiency in Java or Scala
• Experience with Apache Flink, Golang, Python, C/C++, C# is a plus
• Ability to diagnose and resolve customer issues
• Desire to ensure customer success
• At least two of the following: troubleshooting Linux applications, operational Java knowledge, or experience with distributed systems like Kafka or Spark
