Coram AI in Sunnyvale is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join a fast-moving team focused on cutting-edge AI-powered video security. You will triage tickets, perform initial debugging, and escalate to engineering when needed while helping improve our support automation system.

The role emphasizes hands-on networking, Linux proficiency, and clear communication as you manage multiple customers and maintain high-quality support across devices and backend services onsite.

Qualifications

• Hands-on networking in production environments (IP addressing, DHCP, routing, DNS, ARP, NAT, firewalls).
• Linux experience with CLI, logs and diagnostics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer issues across networking, devices, and backend services.
• Assist with setup, onboarding, and configuration to ensure systems work correctly.
• Diagnose and resolve networking and system connectivity issues, involving devices and Linux systems.
• Manage multiple customer issues with strong organization and follow-through.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve support processes.
• Contribute to our support automation AI system.
