Job summary

Wolters Kluwer N.V. is seeking a Customer Service Technical Associate to support Tax and Accounting products by phone, chat, or email. You will act as an advocate for users, resolve complex inquiries, and collaborate on projects while ensuring data security.

The role can involve evening or Saturday hours during peak season and offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation in USD.

Qualifications

Minimum: Associates Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Information Technology OR equivalent work experience.
Experience working in a help desk or customer technical support environment.
Experience with computer networks & internet software.
Experience with Citrix, networking, internet services, client server, SQL scripting, and database tables.
Experience with Windows registry and application permission keys.

Responsibilities

Resolve customer questions via phone, chat, and email for system or product issues.
Take ownership of customer cases from start to finish.
Document interactions in CRM and provide reports to management.
Participate in product testing and process improvement initiatives.
Secure and protect product and customer data.
