Job summary

Wolters Kluwer TAA is seeking a Customer Service Technical Associate to support customers of our Tax and Accounting products. You will handle moderate to complex inquiries by phone, chat, or email, acting as advocate for the product and champion for users.

This role offers exposure to Product Management, Development, and Sales, with opportunities to grow and contribute to process improvements while delivering high-quality, personable support.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Associates Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Information Technology OR equivalent work experience.
• Preferred: MCITP, MCSE, CCA, Network+, Server+, A+ certifications.
• Experience in help desk or customer technical support environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve moderate and complex inquiries via phone, chat, or email for Tax and Accounting products.
• Take ownership of customer cases from start to finish and document interactions in CRM.
• Participate in projects and process improvement initiatives.
