Job summary

Coframe in San Francisco is hiring a Technical Sourcer to partner with our Talent team to build pipelines and craft outreach to passive and competitive AI talent.

You will understand technical needs, calibrate profiles, and keep a high talent bar. This role is based in SF and requires being in the office five days a week, with a fast-paced, high-growth environment and opportunities to shape our recruiting function.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience at an AI company or high growth startup with a proven track record of scaling and building diverse and high-performing teams.
• Exceptional technical literacy when reading resumes, GitHub, papers, etc. and comfortable navigating complex technical conversations
• Proven ability to engage and convert passive, in-demand technical talent
• Experience using AI recruiting tools and the ability to design novel sourcing strategies, test new methods, and adapt quickly when faced with challenges
• High agency, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail, with proactive mindset and autonomy
• Clear, fast communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Are based in SF and willing to be in office 5 days a week

Responsibilities

• Help build the sourcing systems and referral engine as Coframe scales.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and source qualified candidates at volume through creative channels.
• Partner with technical hiring managers to understand hiring needs and calibrate profiles as searches evolve.
• Collaborate with leadership to map long-term talent acquisition strategies across technical teams.
• Stay up-to-date on sourcing best practices and interview innovations.
• Track and analyze pipeline data to drive continuous optimization of sourcing approaches.
• Operate with agility, adapting to shifting priorities and hard-to-fill roles.
