Candid Health in San Francisco is seeking a Founding Technical Sourcer to build and scale our sourcing function from the ground up. As the first in this seat, you will architect the entire sourcing strategy, set up AI infrastructure, and define success metrics that guide hiring.

You will own the funnel, craft personalized outreach, run tech events to position us as an employer of choice, and partner with engineering leadership to master complex tech domains while delivering measurable inbound

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sourcing experience in high-growth environments.
• 0-to-1 sourcing experience: building sourcing strategies from scratch.
• AI & technical fluency with hands-on tooling and generative AI messaging.
• Learning velocity: rapidly digest complex technical concepts and domains.
• Branding & event execution to generate passive inbound pipelines.
• Data-driven with ability to measure funnel conversions and report outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define the 0-to-1 sourcing strategy and architecture.
• Deploy and manage AI sourcing agents and automated workflows.
• Design talent branding, events, and campaigns for employer visibility.
• Lead technical intake sessions and master complex tech stacks.
• Craft hyper-personalized outreach and optimize funnel conversions.
