Job summary

Coframe Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Technical Sourcer to partner with our Talent team and build high-quality pipelines for technical roles.

You will conduct targeted research, craft personalized outreach for passive talent, and ensure a superior candidate experience while adapting strategies to fast-paced scaling needs. You will work with hiring managers to understand needs, calibrate role profiles, and stay ahead of sourcing best practices with modern tools and data-driven approaches.

About the role:

As a Technical Sourcer, you will partner with our Talent team to build and maintain top-tier talent pipelines. You will deliver targeted research, craft personalized outreach for passive and competitive talent, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the technical landscape, knows how to hold a high talent bar, and knows how to experiment and adapt for different role searches. If you have deep experience in strategic sourcing and thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

• Help build the sourcing systems and referral engine that let Coframe hire exceptional people as we scale.

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates at volume through creative channels.

• Partner with technical hiring managers and interviewers to understand hiring needs, team matching, required skills and qualifications, and calibrate the profile as each search evolves.

• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to understand organizational needs and map out long-term talent acquisition strategies that balance priorities across all technical teams

• Stay up-to-date on sourcing best practices, emerging sourcing techniques, interview innovations, and workplace trends

• Track and analyze pipeline data to drive continuous optimization and improvements in sourcing approaches

• Operate with agility, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, hard-to-fill roles, and changing team needs

You may be a fit if you have:

• 2-3+ years of relevant sourcing or talent acquisition experience at an AI company or high growth startup with a proven track record of scaling and building diverse and high-performing teams.

• Exceptional technical literacy when reading resumes, GitHubs, paper abstracts, etc. and are comfortable navigating complex technical conversations

• A proven ability to engage and convert passive, in-demand technical talent

• Experience using AI recruiting tools and the ability to design novel sourcing strategies, test new methods, and adapt quickly when faced with challenges

• High agency, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail, as well as a proactive mindset and ability to operate with autonomy

• Clear, fast communication with candidates and hiring managers.

• Are based in SF and willing to be in office 5 days a week

Nice to have:

• Existing strong relationships in the SF startup, engineering, and research community.

• Experience at an early-stage startup building the sourcing or recruiting function from scratch.

• Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting automation tools.
