Job summary

Employer.com is seeking an experienced technical sourcer for a one-year contract, with a strong preference for San Francisco, and 25% in-office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Candidates may be considered for Seattle or NYC locations as well, to support partnerships with AI teams.

You will source, engage, and hire for product engineering, infra, and AI/ML roles, partnering with recruiters and hiring leaders to shape world-class engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in in-house technical sourcing.
• Proven success filling engineering leadership and senior IC roles.
• Experience with high-volume evergreen pipelines.
• Commitment to inclusive, equitable hiring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing plans for volume candidate flow.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and skills.
