Job summary

Triple Crown is a nationwide technology and engineering firm seeking a Technical Sourcer to identify and engage highly skilled engineers. You will build pipelines, conduct outreach, and hand off qualified candidates to recruiters with detailed notes and expectations.

This role offers a growth path into a Technical Recruiter position, with mentorship and exposure to Triple Crown’s recruiting tools and markets.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales, customer service, or another phone-based environment.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education, experience, or demonstrated capability may be considered.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, screen, and qualify technical professionals across engineering specializations.
• Conduct candidate outreach through phone, text, email, and other approved channels.
• Complete initial screening calls assessing experience, technical fit, interests, availability, location, and compensation expectations.
• Determine candidate suitability before advancing to a Technical Recruiter.
