Triple Crown is seeking a Technical Sourcer to identify and engage engineering professionals, building strong talent pipelines for current and future opportunities. You will hand off candidates with screening notes, qualifications, and compensation expectations as you grow with the team.

Starting in sourcing, you will learn Triple Crown’s recruiting tools and markets, with a direct pathway into a Technical Recruiter role as you demonstrate consistency, communication, and readiness for increased

Competenze

• 0-1 years in recruiting or phone-based roles.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalence considered.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage candidates by phone.
• Interest in developing a long-term career in technical recruiting.

Mansioni

• Source and screen technical professionals across engineering specializations.
• Reach out to candidates by phone, text, email, and approved channels.
• Conduct initial screening to assess experience, alignment, availability, location, and compensation.
• Assess candidates against Triple Crown’s qualification criteria.
• Collaborate with recruiters to align on position requirements and priorities.
• Meet established outreach and candidate handoff targets.
• Continually improve search quality based on feedback.
• Adapt sourcing in response to changing hiring needs.
• Review job descriptions and resumes to match needs.
• Engage candidates proactively through multiple media.
