Triple Crown is seeking a Technical Sourcer to identify and engage engineering professionals, building strong talent pipelines for current and future opportunities. You will hand off candidates with screening notes, qualifications, and compensation expectations as you grow with the team.

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial screening to assess experience, alignment, availability, location, and compensation.
• Assess candidates against Triple Crown’s qualification criteria.

• Continually improve search quality based on feedback.

Technical Sourcer:

As a Technical Sourcer, you will play an important role in identifying and engaging with highly skilled engineering professionals. During your initial training, you will focus on the top of the recruiting funnel, finding qualified candidates, starting meaningful conversations, and building strong talent pipelines for current and future opportunities. This role provides Technical Recruiters with timely, complete candidate handoffs, including screening notes, qualifications, interests, availability, compensation expectations, and potential concerns.

Through hands-on training and mentorship from a top recruiter, you will develop expertise in Triple Crown’s recruiting tools, technical markets, candidate qualification standards, and engagement strategies. You will learn how to uncover hard-to-find talent, understand complex hiring needs, and connect the right people with the right opportunities.

Your Growth Path

This role is designed as a direct pathway into a Technical Recruiter position. You will begin by building strong sourcing fundamentals by identifying, engaging, and qualifying technical talent for our recruiting team.

Once you successfully attract and qualify candidates who meet Triple Crown’s established criteria, while demonstrating consistency, strong communication, and readiness to take on additional responsibilities, you will transition into a Technical Recruiter role.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will take greater ownership of the recruiting process, build deeper candidate relationships, and connect engineering professionals with opportunities that align with their experience and career goals.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, screen, and qualify technical professionals across a wide range of engineering specializations to meet client hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate outreach through phone calls, text messages, email, and other approved communication channels.
• Complete initial screening calls to evaluate candidates’ relevant experience, basic technical alignment, career interests, availability, location, and compensation expectations.
• Determine whether candidates meet Triple Crown’s established qualification criteria before advancing them to a Technical Recruiter.
• Partner with recruiters to understand position requirements, search priorities, candidate profiles, and client-specific needs.
• Meet established expectations for outreach activity, completed screens, qualified candidate handoffs, candidate quality, and conversion.
• Apply recruiter feedback to continuously improve candidate identification, screening quality, and search effectiveness.
• Adapt quickly to shifting business needs, reprioritizing requisitions and re-aligning sourcing efforts in response to urgent hiring demands, evolving timelines, or organizational pivots.
• Develop knowledge to properly review job descriptions and resumes and understand the needs of hiring managers and ask questions that’ll help identify the right candidate(s) for their roles
• Candidate outreach by cold calling, text, email and other media.

Skills and Experience:

• 0-1 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales, customer service, or another phone-based, performance-driven environment
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education, experience, or demonstrated capability will also be considered.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Confidence initiating conversations and engaging with prospective candidates by phone.
• Interest in developing a long-term career in technical recruiting.
