Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience; knowledge in Electronics, Aerospace, Transportation, Adhesives or Contract Manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Proven sales results with year-over-year growth and improved customer retention.
• Exceptional listening and probing skills to uncover customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide Krayden’s solutions through outbound communications.
• Troubleshoot complex customer problems and respond to inquiries.
• Develop and implement Account Plans to penetrate new accounts.
