Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience; preferably in Chemical Manufacturing or Distribution.
• Strong PC and software experience, particularly Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Proven experience in driving sales results and customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to identify needs and provide solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex customer inquiries and service requests.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and pricing discounting requests.
