Responsibilities

• Manage and grow transactional accounts and reseller business.
• Drive daily inside sales activities to achieve revenue targets.
• Build relationships via professional email and phone communications.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline, track opportunities, and analyze account performance.
• Process orders, quotes, and backorders with accuracy and productivity.
• Interpret and apply pricing structures including volume breaks and gross margin.
• Administer customer contract pricing and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales to resolve issues.
• Document dispute resolutions with Sales when necessary.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically in all interactions.
• Work in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in a team sales environment focused on driving profits.
