The role emphasizes consultative selling, technical demos, and ownership of solution architecture from concept to BOM, enabling customers and the sales team to win complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering (required).
• Proficiency in English.
• 7+ years in motion control space (preferred).
• Experience with process control products and solutions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Become trusted advisor to Baumüller-North America customers by identifying needs and proposing motion control solutions.
• Advise customers on best Baumüller motion control solutions and define system architecture.
• Define BOM and coordinate with tendering to generate price proposals.
• Support sales through demonstrations, presentations, and technical content.
• Lead proofs of concept or prototypes for customers.
• Help deliver project execution and transfer knowledge across teams.
• Develop webinars, white papers, and thought-leadership content.
• Stay current on motion control technologies and Industry 4.0 trends.
