Qualifications

• Previous experience in technical sales, technical engineering, or a related role.
• Experience working with industrial products, fasteners, manufacturing, or distribution environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate the technical features, benefits and applications of products.
• Provide technical guidance and support for the sales team and customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
• Assist the sales team in identifying customer needs and developing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver effective pitches and proposals.
• Respond to technical queries from potential customers with detailed product information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through technical support.
• Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and ensure product satisfaction.
• Address and resolve technical issues during the sales process.
• Engage in field activities several days per week and attend industry events.
