Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 0–2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office required.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and convey them to factory partners.
• Train customers and outside sales teams on product technologies.
• Provide technical support to outside sales team and customers in real time.
• Maintain expertise on technical products from factory partners.
• Prepare a scope of work and design/size solutions for applications (pneumatic, motion control, robots, vision).
