Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer service or inside experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have a deep understanding of Process Flow and System Integrations.
• Ability to perform fine hand manipulation, such as keyboarding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial technical resource for internal sales teams and customers.
• Manage incoming technical support calls.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and installations.
