Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking aTechnical Solutions Sales Architect to lead early technical engagement with strategic customers and drive design wins for memory and storage solutions across AI, cloud, and data-center platforms. This role combines deep system-level technical expertise with commercial acumen.

You will work directly with customer architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate workload requirements into differentiated Micron solutions, influence platform decisions well

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solutions architecture, systems architecture, or technical sales engineering.
• Strong understanding of data-center systems (compute, memory, storage, networking, software stacks).
• Communicate complex concepts to technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead early technical discovery with customers to understand workloads and objectives.
• Translate requirements into end-to-end Micron architectures spanning memory, storage, and system design.
• Influence decisions 12–24 months ahead of revenue to secure design wins.
• Develop technical differentiation including performance, scalability, and total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Field Application Engineers to validate feasibility and ensure handoff from architecture to execution.
• Provide ongoing engagement to support solution sustainment and follow-on opportunities.
