Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of customer-facing presales, solutions architecture, or field applications engineering experience.
• Hands-on systems experience with server architectures, data center environments, and memory or storage technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy for assigned cloud and enterprise accounts in partnership with Sales and field teams.
• Build trusted technical relationships with customers and ecosystem partners by aligning Micron solutions to system-level challenges.
• Provide system and solution-level guidance, including trade-offs across performance, cost, and compatibility.
• Develop and share reusable solution designs and best practices across the sales organization.
• Influence product and solutions roadmaps by representing the voice of the customer across business units.
