Job summary

BlackBerry is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to bridge customers, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. You will drive technical adoption, guide solution design, and provide implementation guidance to optimize products and services for measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years in Technical Account Management or related roles.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, integrations.
Experience managing customer-facing technical projects and stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical advisor for assigned customers throughout the customer lifecycle.
Understand customer objectives, environments, and integration requirements.
Design and recommend scalable solutions aligned with customer needs and best practices.
Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and solution workshops.
Support implementation, onboarding and adoption initiatives for successful outcomes.
Provide subject-matter expertise on products, integrations, APIs, security, and architecture.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate resolution across teams.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and action plans.
Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and increased product utilization.
